Addresses last up to 24 hours · Need long-term access? Switch to a forwarding alias

Long-term access · Keep your real email private

For every ongoing conversation, keep an address you can stop anytime

Emails first reach your FTemp alias, then forward to your verified real email. Only the alias is shared publicly. Pause or delete it when the relationship ends—no need to change your main address.

One public entry point, one private destination

See every delivery without revealing the final address

Name an alias for the relationship, or leave it blank to let the system create one at random. Delivery status, sender, message body, and attachments stay in the dashboard for up to 30 days for troubleshooting.

Choose the right timeframe

Use a temporary address for one-off tasks and a forwarding alias for ongoing communication

Both tools reduce exposure of your real email, but they differ in recovery and management. Consider how long the relationship will last before choosing an entry point.

A few minutes to one day

Temporary inbox

Ideal for verification codes, one-time downloads, and short-term testing. No login required. Addresses last 3 hours by default and can be extended to 24 hours.

  • An address is created when you open the page
  • Read messages in the current window
  • The address and its contents cannot be recovered after expiry

Assign by relationship

One alias, one relationship

A separate entry point keeps the source, value, and exit action clear. If an address is exposed or marketing gets out of hand, handle only that relationship.

01

Subscriptions and memberships

Assign a separate address to newsletters, communities, and member benefits. If unsubscribing does not work, pause that entry point.

02

Purchases and support

Keep a long-term route for order conversations and warranty notices without putting your personal email into merchant systems.

03

Projects and external partners

Close the relevant alias when a project ends. It will not affect your next collaboration or require you to move your main email.

04

Testing and operations

Assign an entry point to each campaign or product. Check subjects, statuses, and attachments in delivery records without mixing test messages into your personal inbox.

You stay in control

Verify your destination email—no second password to manage

A login code is sent to your real email. Once confirmed, you can create aliases, check records, and manage verification codes. Next time, sign in through email verification again.

FAQ

What to know before creating a forwarding alias

Straightforward answers about retention, pausing, and naming your address.

What happens when I pause an alias?

New messages are not forwarded while an alias is paused. After you resume it, only messages that arrive afterward are accepted; messages discarded during the pause are not delivered later.

Will senders see my real email?

In the normal forwarding path, senders see your FTemp alias. Before replying to an external message, check whether your email client will expose your real address directly.

Are delivery records stored forever?

No. Dashboard records are kept for up to 30 days, and you can delete them sooner. Move important messages to a trusted location for long-term storage.

Can I create any prefix?

The prefix must start with a letter and be 3–30 characters long. It may contain letters, numbers, periods, underscores, and hyphens. Reserved names cannot be used.
